QUALITY IS ALWAYS THE PRIORITY In manufacturing. We have comprehensive routine of Quality control, from INCOMING QC, INPROCESS QC, TO FINAL AND OUT-GOING QC
At ATEEL, quality is not a final checkpoint—it is engineered into every bend, weld, and coat from the moment steel coil or timber board enters our 50,000 m² facility. Certified to ISO 9001:2015, FSC™-COC and BSCI, our Quality Control Center runs a three-tier system (QA-QE-QC) that guarantees every display rack leaves the plant retail-ready, on-spec and on-time.
-
Quality Assurance (QA) – Plan & Prevent
• Drafts detailed Quality Plans for each SKU: critical dimensions, torque values, coating thickness, packaging method.
• Approves all suppliers through on-site audits, RoHS/REACH material tests and 3-party lab reports.
• Maintains a digital PPAP library (Level 3-5) for OEM/ODM customers, including FMEA, CPK studies and control charts. -
Quality Engineering (QE) – Analyse & Improve
• Uses Minitab & real-time MES data to drive CPK ≥ 1.33 on key features (hole pitch, weld penetration, color ΔE).
• Leads 8D corrective actions; average closure time 48 h.
• Pioneered salt-spray 500 h formula for powder coat, doubling corrosion resistance while cutting bake time 12 %. -
Quality Control (QC) – Inspect & Certify
• Incoming: AQL 1.0 for steel, aluminum, acrylic, wood, LED components; 100 % torque calibration for fasteners.
• In-process: SPC on five critical checkpoints—cut length (±0.1 mm), weld integrity (ultrasonic pull 500 N), coating thickness (80-120 µm), module gap (±0.2 mm), carton weight vs. theoretical (±1 %).
• Final: 10 % random drop-test to ISTA 2A; 100 % carton drop on pilot runs; zero-defect target for high-theft security displays.
